I bought this out of fascination for this rare Fushun Amber which was formed during the Early Eocene period 50 million years ago. It is far rarer than Baltic amber and contains formations of white amber which is infrequently found anywhere else in the world. Amber deposits found in Fushun are taken from the ground where the have been untouched for millions of years. 
This charming necklace is formed of two sizes of bead and joined with gold vermail spacers.
Amber is so soft and easy to wear and some cultures believe it has protective properties. Length 20 ins
