These collectible earrings are rather magnificent. From the Toubou tribe of Chad/Libya they have a high silver content and were worn originlly on bands around the head rather than through holes in the ears. See photos of Toubou tribeswomen.

They measure 6 inches or 15.5cms from the top of the hoop to the end of the dangles.
