An old and very worn  example of a rare antique silver fibula chain from the Ait Ouaouzguite region of Morocco. There are still traces of wax paint once used to decorate this old piece. Im wearing it as a necklace with a silken cord. The book image illustrates a similar chain in Berber Memories pub. 2020 It is a rare collectable item that still has echoes of ancient infuences, as so much Berber jewellery.
