These are silver bracelets from Yemen. The rattle is to scare away bad spirits.  Inner diameter 6.5cms, easily fit a medium, large wrist. Larger one weighs 65 grams, smaller is 71grams. The weight differential is to do with the rattles inside. Please specify which you want.
